Mario has been the heart/soul behind the Dodge creative/attitude/brand for years. Tim Kuniskis asks for him by name. It goes beyond his presentation ability and strong client relations. Tim, Mark, Courtney trust him to deliver on the ask, but also to go an extra level. He is the reason we’ve been able to sell in dozens of shoots, campaigns have been successful and ultimately brought in millions to our company. For example, Lifestyle Photoshoots for Dodge Website in 2015, 2019, 2023. Another example, Demon Reveal was one of the most successful integrated campaigns.  "THANK YOU!!!!  There’s never been a launch campaign and reveal like the one we just pulled off.   And there probably won’t be another.” – Mark Malmstead (Dodge Brand) Demon Teaser/Reveal Metrics: (reported 10 days after launch) 11.3M visits on Dodge.com since launch - +22% increase YoY* - 3.7M+ Challenger visits since launch, up 56% YoY* 102K content (ringtone & wallpaper) downloads to date -48K ringtone downloads Brotherhood of Muscle was his idea that redefined the tone and overall attitude of the brand messaging across all channels long before we were multi-channel agency. Roadkill Live Stream was the most successful to date under his leadership. He’s been functioning as creative director for years for multiple brands, and this year, for multiple channels (digital/social/ABL). He’s one of the most inspired people I have ever worked with and truly has a passion for life, his family, his work, his team and the excellence we can deliver to the clients. Mario has managed, produced, and executed over 30 shoots on behalf of Razorfish (this number likely needs to increase as I am only counting those I’m aware of). His wealth of knowledge regarding shoots and above the line work is unparalleled in the creative department. Other creative leads look to him to help understand and structure a content shoot.  Since 2019 when Mario took over the channels, we’ve gained 1.5 million followers (increase this number to accurate metric) on the Dodge IG channel, surpassing the 5MM goal FCA had set. To do this within months, when the incumbent agency could not achieve it in multiple years, is definitely noteworthy. Mario was a great addition to the Alfa Romeo photo shoot, where he worked well keeping the director moving, showed ingenuity when facing a couple of difficult situations on set and was fantastic with the client. He’s imaginative with an artistic flair and a great attitude. It makes you grateful for getting a chance to work with him…I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mario while supporting the Dodge website account. His level of creative experience and knowledge of the brand and account made it easy to delivery cutting edge ideas to our clients that always hit a home run. He backs his work with the perfect amount of market research and comparable examples to help clients understand our approach. He lives and breathes the brands he supports. Mario has a passion for what he does like no one I’ve worked with and that comes through in his work. Mario has been my creative partner for 9 years on Stellantis.  During that time, we launched the Chrysler Pacifica with his vision of “Organized Chaos”, provided Dodge the brand tone it desperately needed with “Brotherhood of Muscle”, gave away 15 Challenger Hellcats in a one of a kind sweepstakes,  and Mario worked on creating a Sistine Chapel inside the roof of a FIAT (which ultimately won a Cannes Lion). All told we have launched nearly 30 vehicles together, and  this is just the tip of the iceberg of the great work Mario has produced on behalf of Stellantis clients.  Mario is an exceptional creative visionary.  He can intake what clients are saying and understand what they actually need to push their brand or product forward.  He understands what it means to be creative to the core,  and lives his life in bright vibrant color – both creatively and personally.  Mario would be a great creative addition to any team.  He understands a holistic campaign from start to finish and all the pieces that are required to go into it. He has extensive traditional training, but also understands digital intrinsically, making him of great value to any team. If you have not seen the astounding artistic talent, meticulous craftsmanship or creative vision on display in Mario's portfolio, you should check it out immediately. However it's his ability to bring a perfect balance with the work that impresses me most. He can reach planes regular people cannot reach in their brain, but apply it to business problems with simple executions that are rich in commercial viability. (Even though he usually brings an approach that is doing far more than just selling something.) Most impressive though is Mario's demeanor. He inspires confidence, is a natural leader of teams, an effortless collaborator, a relentless thinker and he's just a joy to be around. There is no person I would rather have representing my company, my brand or my team than Mario, because I know everyone around him will not just make a better "product," we will observe and learn things from him that will make us all better thinkers and craftspeople in our future endeavors.
